Responsibilities

- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Identify and quantify emerging risks and opportunities tied to 2026 market shifts
- Design innovation sprints focused on 2026-ready technologies and business models
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
