Responsibilities
- Anticipate global socioeconomic, technological, and market shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for 5-year strategic horizons
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Present trend analyses and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Curate thought leadership content positioning Horizon as a future-shaping authority
- Manage partnerships with academic labs and emerging-tech accelerators
- Quantify future risks/opportunities using predictive analytics frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Mastery of futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ trend predictions and strategic implementations
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
