- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to anticipate paradigm shifts
- Design ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our innovation incubator program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field
- 8+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or hyper-growth tech
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication with executive audiences and public speaking
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
