Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients in finance, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Design and execute scenario-planning workshops using proprietary simulation platforms
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present visionary insights at executive forums and industry conferences
- Mentor a cross-functional team of futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Experience with strategic planning tools like Delphi method or cross-impact analysis
