Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends (2026-2030) across tech, policy, and social domains to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, climate resilience)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating future forecasts into pilot programs
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology adoption curves
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into roadmaps
- Build predictive models for market shifts using proprietary data ecosystems
- Represent the company at global futurism summits and industry forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurism with proven impact on long-term planning
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, climate tech, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Experience with predictive analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, R, Python)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Published thought leadership on technology's societal impact
