Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term strategic frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal evolution
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for future disruptions
- Produce high-impact thought leadership reports on future-of-work paradigms
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Economics, or Future Studies (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or trend analyses
