Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI-human symbiosis
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership frameworks on 2026's innovation ecosystems
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into R&D pipelines
- Monitor global policy shifts and geopolitical impacts on emerging technologies
- Build cross-functional coalitions to implement future-focused organizational transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent with 5+ years of applied experience
- Proven track record in developing and executing multi-year strategic foresight initiatives
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with experience in scenario modeling and trend forecasting
- Demonstrated success in translating complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF, CFCS) preferred
- Portfolio of published futurist work or thought leadership pieces
- Experience advising executive teams on transformational change management
