- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum computing and synthetic biology
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into corporate DNA and investor roadmaps
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at Davos/World Economic Forum summits
- Establish global thought leadership through patented methodologies and industry disruptor networks
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts using metaverse collaboration tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (quantum, AGI, climate tech)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (patents/portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or MIT Tech Review
- Proficiency in futurist tools (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis, AI forecasting)
- Experience advising Fortune 100 boards on 10-year transformation
- Fluency in metaverse-native collaboration (VR/AR) and decentralized governance
