Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for disruptive technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socioeconomic trends impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term organizational adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Produce annual '2026 Vision Report' with data-driven trend analysis and strategic recommendations
- Build and maintain ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into executive-ready insights and implementation roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5+ year strategic vision frameworks
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership on future trends (whitepapers, journals, keynotes)
- Experience building cross-continental foresight networks
