Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions relevant to 2026

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state capabilities
- Produce trend reports and scenario models for C-suite decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for strategic partnerships

- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism conferences and think tanks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented initiatives
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js)
- Published thought leadership in futurism/tech journals
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
