Responsibilities
- Develop quantitative and qualitative foresight models for 2026+ technology adoption curves
- Lead scenario planning workshops for disruptive innovations (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Produce strategic briefs for executive board on emerging risks and opportunities
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with future market demands
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry experts
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with SaaS or hardware innovation ecosystems
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future strategy implementations
