Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) to develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and market entry strategies
- Author high-impact trend briefings for C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Design scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies and socio-economic shifts
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with 2026 market projections
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend analysis and strategic implementation
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in foresight publications
