Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership

- Mastery of foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization and predictive analytics tools
- Experience developing enterprise-level strategic roadmaps for disruptive markets
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to stakeholders
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or relevant field
