Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate resilience, AI ethics, and space commercialization
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-proof roadmaps
- Produce quarterly foresight briefings for executive stakeholders and investor relations
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in augmented reality and neural interfaces
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational adaptation to exponential change
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from AC/FS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented projects or published foresight work
