Responsibilities

- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Lead scenario planning initiatives to prepare for potential futures and mitigate risks
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into innovation pipelines and product roadmaps
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, industry talks, and media engagements
- Quantify market opportunities and ROI for strategic initiatives using predictive modeling
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ foresight projects with measurable outcomes
