- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive intelligence for emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Author thought leadership publications on long-term technology adoption curves
- Advise C-suite on risk mitigation and innovation portfolio optimization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or Technology Forecasting (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Portfolio of published future forecasts or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) required
