Responsibilities

- Design scenario-planning frameworks for 5-10 year horizon with 95% confidence intervals
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation pipelines with 2026 market projections
- Present strategic insights to Fortune 500 boards and international policy forums
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon 2026 incubator program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience with 10+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of successfully predicting and capitalizing on paradigm shifts (e.g., blockchain, generative AI)
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or top-tier business publications
- Proficiency in strategic simulation tools (AnyLogic, Powersim) and predictive analytics platforms
- Fluency in at least two strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Shell's Scenarios, Millenium Project)
