Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global mega-trends through 2026 across AI, biotech, climate tech, and human-machine interfaces
- Develop actionable strategic frameworks for C-suite executives on emerging disruption scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision with future market realities
- Author thought leadership reports on paradigm shifts affecting Fortune 500 industries
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate frontier technologies
- Design resilience strategies for organizations facing exponential change
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of influencing executive-level strategy with future-oriented insights
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic risk assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leader in peer-reviewed futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method)
