Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive innovation pathways
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for early-stage technology scouting
- Design and implement risk mitigation strategies for technological disruption scenarios
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic foresight across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight or technology consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications (e.g., Future Journal, HBR)
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
