- Champion innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and cross-pollination of emerging ideas
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track the commercialization of futuristic initiatives
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in reputable journals or industry publications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex scenarios into actionable business strategies
