Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging technologies and market disruptions through 2026
- Design strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to future-proof business models
- Produce actionable foresight reports using predictive analytics and scenario planning methodologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen innovations
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation and exponential thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
