Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends through 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration and ethical AI deployment
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision with future market realities
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven predictions and risk assessments
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in sustainable energy and biotechnology
- Establish innovation governance frameworks for ethical tech adoption
- Represent QuantumLeap at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience with Delphi methods and horizon scanning frameworks
- Portfolio published in futurism journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Gartner Hype Cycle or Futures Platform
