Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D planning, or futurism research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Causal Mapping)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurism work or strategic foresight projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
