Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and market inflection points impacting 2026-2030 landscapes
- Develop and maintain dynamic scenario-planning frameworks quantifying probability vectors for emerging futures
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) into business operations
- Facilitate executive workshops translating complex future projections into actionable growth strategies
- Establish cross-functional innovation task forces bridging R&D, product development, and market intelligence

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy with demonstrable impact on long-term organizational transformation
