Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze paradigm-shifting technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) with 3-5 year impact models
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on exponential opportunity identification
- Author forward-looking white papers and trend reports published in industry-leading journals
- Design and deploy AI-powered foresight platforms for continuous horizon scanning
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and disruptive innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology disruption analysis
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy (provide case studies)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and exponential technology assessment
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and trend analysis platforms
- Strong public speaking experience at industry conferences (TED, World Economic Forum)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or proprietary forecasting models
