Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026-2035 trend reports with quantitative and qualitative foresight
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map disruptive technologies across healthcare, climate, and AI sectors
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and socioeconomic volatility
- Partner with C-suite to embed futurist insights into product roadmaps and M&A strategies
- Curate a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Present findings to investors and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Monitor exponential technology developments (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation with proven 5+ year predictive accuracy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting and scenario modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology disruption (whitepapers/TED talks)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prediction of major market shifts
