Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to forecast industry-specific disruptions by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for adopting/emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Create scenario-planning models for climate adaptation and resource scarcity challenges
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-state opportunities
- Produce high-impact whitepapers on societal transformation drivers
- Advantage: Build predictive frameworks for decentralized economies and metaverse integration
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation labs, or futurist research
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Demonstrated ability to translate foresight into executable business strategies
- Publication record in futurist journals or industry thought leadership
- Experience advising Fortune 500 leadership on transformation initiatives
