- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-year strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce quarterly trend briefs for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to validate futuristic concepts against emerging technologies
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline maturity
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech/societal trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
