Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ trends in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with quantitative impact assessments
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Build proprietary trend-tracking dashboards using NLP and predictive analytics
- Represent InnovateNext at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior analysts on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or tech innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies
- Experience with Delphi method and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
