Responsibilities

- Develop and present strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead 'Horizon Scanning' initiatives identifying breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready concepts into development pipelines
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, VCs, and academic pioneers
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for executive leadership
- Author compelling '2026 Future State' reports influencing $500M+ investment decisions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market-leading initiatives
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural contexts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or MBA from top-tier institution
