- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor futurists and innovation specialists to cultivate next-generation talent
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across global business units
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, and emerging biotech trends
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (e.g., TED Talks, peer-reviewed journals)
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and technical domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
