Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps across AI, biotech, and climate tech domains
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present future-focused insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Oversee R&D initiatives targeting 2026 technological breakthroughs
- Build and mentor a high-performing futurist research team
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing long-term tech roadmaps (5+ year horizons)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, PhD in Tech/Social Sciences preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, patents, or books)
- Experience building and scaling innovation teams in tech environments
