Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with climate neutrality goals
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, and autonomous systems
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen solutions for global sustainability challenges
- Present futuristic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Mentor a team of 15 futurist researchers and technologists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, emerging tech, or sustainability innovation
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services (2018-2025)
- Expertise in climate tech, AI ethics, or human-centered design
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across executive, academic, and government spheres
