Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and societal trends to forecast 2026+ market shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term business planning
- Lead innovation workshops to ideate breakthrough products and services
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Create executive-level trend briefings and strategic recommendations
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify market opportunities using predictive analytics and modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend forecasting tools and data visualization
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
