- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on future scenario planning
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation adoption and future-readiness
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technology trends (e.g., AI ethics, biotech)
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience translating foresight into commercialization strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
