- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum research labs
- Present futuristic scenarios to C-suite stakeholders to inform capital allocation
- Drive adoption of sustainable automation practices across global supply chains
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodology and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in quantum computing or neural interface technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning using frameworks like Delphi or Horizon Scanning
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Proficiency in Python and data visualization tools for trend analysis
- Strong network connections with DARPA, IEEE, or World Economic Forum
