Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for quantum-AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype 2026-ready tech solutions
- Establish industry partnerships with quantum computing pioneers and synthetic biology labs
- Design ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous systems
- Produce horizon-scanning reports on climate-positive technologies
- Mentor innovation teams in speculative design methodologies
- Secure $5M+ in future-focused R&D funding
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Quantum Computing
- 10+ years in strategic innovation with Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Proven track record in quantum/AI integration projects
- Published thought leadership on 4IR implications
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
