Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and maintain a strategic foresight framework with quarterly trend briefings for executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions using emerging tech stacks
- Author thought leadership content including whitepapers and keynote presentations at global forums
- Design and implement scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and environmental variables
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists to accelerate predictive analytics capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation portfolio
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or similar institution)
