Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and global megatrends through 2026+
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic innovation roadmap aligned with long-term corporate objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into product development and business strategy
- Design and execute scenario planning frameworks to prepare the organization for multiple future possibilities
- Build and cultivate strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Present future-focused insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Drive adoption of innovation methodologies across the organization to future-proof operations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Economics, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional ability to translate complex future concepts into actionable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable systems)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing C-level executives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementation with measurable outcomes
- Certification in futures research or innovation management (e.g., CFPC, CPSI) highly desirable
