Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and behavioral shifts to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future insights into product development
- Present visionary forecasts to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Design and implement foresight methodologies for long-term competitive advantage
- Advise on regulatory and ethical implications of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotechnology, climate tech, and metaverse ecosystems
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience presenting complex future concepts to executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell, Millennium Project)
