Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, consumer behaviors, and geopolitical trends impacting 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for future product development and market expansion based on predictive modeling
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through rapid experimentation
- Deliver compelling foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish cross-functional innovation frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Author thought leadership publications positioning our organization as a 2026 innovation authority
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
