- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Quantify market readiness and adoption curves for emerging technologies
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks and responsible development practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, R&D planning, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record translating future insights into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., AC/DF, Foresight Practitioner)
