Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles in product development lifecycles
- Author thought leadership on societal impacts of 2026 technology trends
- Champion diversity and inclusion in emerging technology ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with exponential technology focus
- Proven track record in scaling breakthrough products from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI, or space tech
- Published research or patents in future technologies (IEEE/Nature level)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Fluency in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
