Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with potential $1B+ market impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, UT Austin) and government labs
- Translate technical capabilities into market-ready business cases with ROI projections
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on 2026 technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging technology commercialization
- Proven track record in scaling technologies from concept to market leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, or blockchain architecture
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., CFIP, Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent experience
- Portfolio of successful technology commercialization with $50M+ revenue impact
