Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead R&D initiatives targeting 2026 breakthrough milestones with $50M+ annual budgets
- Forge partnerships with MIT, NASA, and EU Horizon Europe programs
- Present futuristic frameworks to C-suite executives and sovereign wealth funds
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and shape regulatory blueprints
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and venture architects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in exponential tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling ventures to $1B+ valuation
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent innovation credentials
- Deep familiarity with UN SDGs and WEF Global Technology Council priorities
- Published author in Nature/Science or equivalent thought leadership
- Fluency in Mandarin Arabic or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Clearances for US federal tech initiatives (preferred)
