Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional research teams in bias mitigation and fairness algorithm development
- Collaborate with UN tech policy advisors on global AI ethics standards
- Author white papers on quantum ethics and emergent AI consciousness
- Present findings at Davos and World Economic Forum summits
- Mentor PhD candidates in AI ethics through our Nexus Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or Ethics with AI specialization
- 5+ years leading ethics research at Fortune 100 tech firms
- Published work in Nature/Science on AI alignment problems
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy
- Experience with EU AI Act and US federal AI policy development
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and causal inference modeling
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
