Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 technological standards
- Lead cross-functional teams in auditing AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Shape corporate AI governance policies and regulatory compliance strategies
- Conduct cutting-edge research on emerging ethical challenges in autonomous systems
- Collaborate with policymakers to contribute to national AI ethics standards
- Drive stakeholder engagement through white papers, conferences, and public discourse
- Mentor junior ethicists and establish best practices for ethical AI development
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible technology
- Deep expertise in bias detection/mitigation and algorithmic fairness
- Proven track record of influencing AI policy or corporate governance
- Strong background in machine learning fundamentals and AI system architecture
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics or philosophy of technology
- Experience with international AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
